The Mr Babache Birdie is a tiny rubber Diabolo with a dimpled surface similar to that of a golf ball. The dimples help maintain a low wind resistance (same reason they are on a golf ball!) allowing it to move faster and further than a conventional Diabolo. This feature is not that good when performing complex tricks but ideal for high throws (hence the name). Because it is made of rubber with a metal spindle it will take a lot of punishment. It is, however, not a good beginners diabolo. The Birdie is well built from quality materials in Switzerland.
